Pre-orders will NOT ship for at least 6-8 weeks after the preorder window closes. The timeline reflects our commitment to intentional production and the level of craftsmanship we refuse to compromise on.

WHY PRE-ORDER?

We know that items being out of stock is frustrating!

We also know that a preorder with a lengthened wait time is not as ideal as having immediate stock, however this allows us to make sure your order is secured for you.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

Pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded until after you receive your order.

Once delivered, we welcome the ability to request a return/refund aligning with our usual 14 day policy. Since pre-orders are custom-made with our manufacturer, we appreciate your understanding.
